W. David Lyons

Chief Executive Officer
David Lyons has been associated with international oil and gas exploration and development projects for more than 25 years. He is currently Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Orca Exploration Group Inc. and was previously the Chairman of EastCoast Energy Corporation. Prior to that Mr. Lyons was President and CEO of PanOcean Energy Corporation and predecessor companies including Ocelot Energy Inc. and PanAfrican Energy Corporation.

Blaine E. Karst
Chief Financial Officer

Blaine Karst has over 30 years experience in senior financial management roles. He is a former Chief Financial Officer for Vostok Energy Plc, a private UK based group with oil and gas operations in Russia. Prior to that he was the in-country Finance Director in Vietnam and Russia for Soco International Plc, a London Stock Exchange listed international oil and gas exploration and production company. Mr. Karst has a B. Comm. from University of Saskatchewan and is a Canadian CPA, CA (Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant).
David K. Roberts
Vice President Operations & Country Manager
Mr. Roberts has a BSc in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and has over 20 years experience in international oil & gas production and drilling operations.  His early career was spent with Perenco where he progressed from Field Engineer to Engineering & Operations Manager. From 1999 to 2006, Mr. Roberts assumed increasing operating responsibilities at Orca's predecessor company in Gabon, Pan-Ocean Energy Ltd., ultimately as General Manager, where was instrumental in managing that company's growth from 400 barrels of oil per day ("bpd") to 20,000 bpd. Mr. Roberts will be based in Dar es Salaam.
David W. Ross
Company Secretary
Mr. Ross has extensive experience in international and tax law and is a partner in the Calgary-based law firm of Burnett Duckworth & Palmer. He has served as Secretary to the Board since the establishment of the Company in 2004.
